Oppure la temperatura di servizio che svolge un ruolo cruciale nell\u2019analisi sensoriale perch\u00e9, quando ottimale, permette di esaltare al meglio le caratteristiche di un vino, facendo apprezzare tutte le sue sfumature e ottimizzando l\u2019esperienza di degustazione olfattiva e gustativa. In questo articolo analizzeremo proprio questi due importanti aspetti: <\/span><b>la temperatura di servizio e la temperatura di conservazione<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Le temperature troppo basse tendono a \u201ccristallizzare\u201d il vino e non farlo evolvere, mentre quelle troppo alte possono portare ad evoluzioni precoci e poco controllate.
