Lo Champagne Brut Rosè di Dom Perignon è sinonimo di classe, di eleganza, di stile. È un’icona, quella bandiera che fu issata anni fa nella terra della bolla più famosa del mondo e che ancora oggi rappresenta un punto di riferimento per tutti quelli che, in questo territorio, ci mettono il piede e le mani. Rispecchia la grazia dello Champagne, impreziosita dal tocco raffinato e pungente della sua versione Rosè. Nasce dalla sapiente tecnica dell’assemblaggio, che ha scortato fedelmente la storia e la nobiltà di questo vino. Dom Perignon Brut Rosè vuole essere un omaggio all’equilibrio tra le personalità del Pinot Nero e dello Chardonnay.

Il Brut Rosè Vintage Champagne firmato Dom Perignon è composto da un 57% di Pinot Nero ed un 43% di Chardonnay. Le uve provengono da alcuni trai più antichi e preziosi Grand Cru e Premier Cru. Alla base vi è una rigida selezione che ammette solo le migliori uve, quelle realmente degne di essere trasformate nello Champagne Brut Rosè che porterà la firma di Dom Perignon. Una volta assemblate le varie parti, il vino viene imbottigliato ed avviato alla seconda fermentazione. La sosta sui lieviti è lunghissima e va ad elevare ad eccellenza assoluta una base già nobile. L’attesa per sboccare questa preziosa bolla è di ben 84 mesi.

Lo Champagne Dom Perignon Brut Rosè presenta un perlage di grandissima finezza, dotato di un colore rosa chiaro e ottima luminosità. Il suo profumo gioca su note agrumate che ricordano l’arancia, il ribes e i frutti di bosco. Fanno eco toni speziati e di frutta secca, che trovano conferma anche al gusto. In bocca mostra la sua precisione e la progressione elegante, inserita in un corpo scandito da freschezza e verticalità. Ecco ciò che accade quando la finezza si fa vino.
