The name it is created to pay homage to the founder of Ca 'del Bosco Annamaria Clementi . This wine does not allow any kind of compromise, just absolute and pure quality. A wine that will accompany any dish with refinement and elegance but is also an excellent aperitif, perhaps to sip while waiting for the holiday dinner to begin.
