Franciacorta Pas Dosé 'Sublimis' Uberti 2016

Sublimis Pas Dosè is the wonderful interpretation of the Franciacorta terroir by the cellar Umberti. By the name “sublimis” you can guess the sublime quality of these bubbles, created by those who, like the Uberti, are present in the area since the eighteenth century. The winery dates back to more recent times when, in 1978, Agostino Uberti makes his first harvest, destined at this time to the production of metodo classico. In thirty-five years of history, the winery has been enriched by experience and, then as now, Agostino together with his wife and daughters, manages the vineyards with great attention. Mechanical weeding and fertilizing, only natural treatment keeping intact the precious quality of the soil of Erbusco, helping to create some of the richest and most complex wines that the Franciacorta can count. As the Franciacorta Sublimis Pas Dosè, born from carefully selected bunches, is a model indomitable elegance, capable of giving tastings of the highest level. The emblem depicted on the label, where the starry sky is preciously kept in a gold frame, is a tribute to the coolness of the nights, that gives to chardonnay grapes a perfec ripeness, making them shine in the sun with their perfect golden grape. With a subtle and refined perlage, Sublimis Pas Dosè Umberti is majestically intense and captivates with a noble equilibrium in which a rainbow of scents parade on the palate and never stop to amaze.
