The Tocai Friulano "Nekaj" is another example of a unique wine that is fermented on the skins with no use of selected yeasts and that is put on the market only when the currency Damijan as ready for tasting. Friulano in purity, the Nekaj by Podversic is a complex and elegant white wine, which tells the history of wine and thinking about the future going to rediscover and spread the past.
