The Red SP68 is the story of Arianna, is her life, her memories, her hope, her dream. SP68 is not only one road, which runs every Arianna days to reach its vineyards, but are those places that have crossed the wine transported in amphorae first and in the barrels then, the wines that have made the history and success of Sicily, those wines that are the pride of Vittoria and farmers with passion and dedication treating them daily. The chronicles tell that the SP68 is the oldest wine route ever existed, a road that led men before farmers and vineyards to meet, to create products of excellent quality. The Red SP68 is an example: Arianna vinified Frappato and Nero d'Avola and you do so at 280 meters above sea level, on vineyards affected by the typical flavor of the sea and the excursion of temperature that here are favored by the proximity of the Iblei Mountains. Minerality and concentration are two of the defining characteristics of this red wine that is fermented with indigenous yeasts and that is not filtered before being placed in the bottle, a juicy wine and tonic, fresh and soft, fruity and spicy. A wine that leaves unchanged the biodiversity and is the result of the territory in which it is inserted, its characteristics and its stories.
