In the panorama of the Far Eastern world the Whisky has by now assumed a qualitative high prestige able to compete with the most historic productions. In the wake of the local belief of the Indian city of Bangalore, the Amrut Whisky is a reminder of the 'long life properties' attributed to this spirit. An interpretation of great importance that is produced with local barley malt that comes from the Himalayas. A high quality production that passes through strict controls and gives sweet notes on an intense and slightly smoky texture. Blended "Akashi" is an exponent of the great Kobe Whisky with a soft and enveloping profile. Obtained from the wise use of the two raw materials from which the soul is distilled: 30% barley malt and the rest from other mixed cereals. The great expressive finesse is due to the balance that is found between the delicate scents and the most complex explosions. Finally, from the insular complex of Taiwan, the only family-run distillery produces a reserved selection of Whisky that is made from sources of pure water from which the distillery relies. - 1 Before Gin De Borgen
- 1 Gin London Dry Sipsmith
- 1 Gin 'À la Madame' Del Professore
The myth of the Gin is traced in this tasting box on the path of history. In 1600 the Jenever, the ancestor of this spirit was born in Holland, here interpreted by De Borgen in a spirit of tradition that comes from malt distillates aged for 17 years with the contact of the botanicals that make up the recipe of the house. The art of blending is the basis of this excellent Dutch expression. Following a royal act on alcoholic taxation by the English sovereign in the eighteenth century, the Gin trade suffered a setback which was a direct consequence of the increase in clandestine production. A period of prohibition that is reinterpreted by the Compounds, a genre to which the Gin 'À la Madame' is redone, a bottle in which the aromatic aromas predominate and the fludo is ideal in mixology for softness and elegance. From the English market, a historic square linked to the diffusion of this distillate, Sipsmith's Gin is one of the most famous exponents of the London Dry classification: a handmade product with a clean and clear style, which gives harmony and pleasant persistence.

The engaging success of the Gin through three expressions that interpret personal and innovative art the art of infusion of what constitutes the soul of each label, as well as the secret recipe of each distillery: the 'botanicals'. "Juniper" has a particular origin, Fair Spirits indeed. In the Vodka, from the same distillery, the different botanical elements are placed to bitter: the juniper berries of Uzbekistan, followed by cardamom, coriander, angelica roots and others. The characteristic is that all the ingredients come from sustainable trade activities and offer a delicate, soft and harmonious, smooth and clean 'spirit'.
