The Sylvaner by Kuenhof - Peter Pliger presented itself in an extraordinary way, with a riot of scents that intriguing, ranging from herbs to flowers, citrus fruit with yellow flesh. It comes from grapes Sylvaner, in the beautiful farm Kuenhof that Peter Pliger leads in an absolutely exemplary. The vineyards are located in Mara, a few kilometers away from Bressanone, on soils rich of sand, clay and shale, or rocks that flake on parallel planes due to their granularity.
