The Valpolicella Classico Superiore by Quintarelli is an impeccable and prestigious wine. The historic winery is a monument for the denomination. On the nose, one perceives lively sensations of fruits in jam, wild herbs, spices, and underbrush. On the palate, it is elegant, powerful, with fine tannins, and fruity mineral returns.

This Valpolicella Classico Superiore presents itself, from the very first moments, as a red wine with great completeness of taste, and with an excellently developed olfactory spectrum. Nothing is indeed out of place in this bottle signed by Quintarelli, a producer that, for all enthusiasts, embodies the best of what Valpolicella can offer. It is indeed a winery that was born in the early '900, which revolutionized the way of making wine in Veneto, and which has been a source of inspiration for many winemakers in the area with its products. Just like this Valpolicella Classico Superiore, a blend where indigenous and international grape varieties merge into a single spirit made of elegance and personality.

The Valpolicella Classico Superiore is made by the Quintarelli winery by combining three red grape varieties, where, alongside Corvina and Rondinella, we find an international variety, Cabernet. The grapes, once harvested during the harvest phase, are brought in wooden crates to the winemaking facilities for pressing. Fermentation then begins, thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts, which lasts for a period of 7-8 days. Followed by aging, carried out in Slavonian oak barrels of different capacities for 60 months, after which the wine is ready to be bottled.

This Valpolicella Classico Superiore wine manifests itself to the eye with an intense and concentrated color, not very penetrable, reminiscent of the shades of dark ruby. The olfactory spectrum opens with spicy notes, which gradually reveal fruity and underbrush notes. On the palate, it has excellent body, balanced, with a concentrated sip in which the tannic component is particularly fine. A label with which the Quintarelli winery continues a story made of success and prestige, which confirms it as the undisputed reference point of all Valpolicella.
