SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver in Italy in 1-3 working days by express courier. For remote towns and Islands, deliveries generally take place in 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday are delivered already on the next working day in 70% of cases. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is taken over by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link to follow each stage of the shipment.

For express shipments we use couriers such as Bartolini, SDA and Milkman (Poste Italiane).
We also inform you that Bartolini and SDA offer the hold for pick-up service, allowing the collection directely at the destination office.

We also ship to the United States, contact us for more information about the quote price and the delivery times.

Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during the delivery time. However, if nobody is at the property, our couriers will attempt delivery either the next day or leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour.
If you are not going to be in you can manange this delivery with the courier for an alternative day or select a safe place. Please note, by leaving delivery instructions on your parcel, you are accepting responsibility for it once delivered.

SAFE SHIPPING

Our shipments are always insured in case of damage, theft, or loss to protect our customers as much as possible.

Our orders are shipped in 70% recycled and totally recyclable cardboard packaging tested and patented for the optimal transport of wine and spirits. We have chosen to completely eliminate plastic from our packages and to use the minimum amount of paper, to ensure maximum safety of the bottles and at the same time minimize our environmental impact.

SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY

Shipping costs are free for orders over € 49.90. Gift vouchers are delivered by e-mail and do not contribute to reaching the minimum order threshold for free shipping.

Below this amount, the shipping fees are as follows:

From 1 to 6 bottles: €6.80

From 7 to 12 bottles: €8.90

More than 13 bottles: €12.90

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally from 9:00 to 18:00. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present, for example, a concierge, an office, or a shop you trust.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in the case of partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign, specifying the type of anomaly (such as "wet/damaged/refurbished box"). Notify our customer service as soon as possible of any irregularities, using our Contact Page or by sending us a message with the Request for Assistance function in the detail of your order, attaching photos of the damage or tampering of the package.
