Cremant du Jura 'La Combe' Anne et Jean Francois Ganevat

Cremant du Jura 'La Combe' Anne et Jean Francois Ganevat

Jean Francois Ganevat

Anne and Jean Francois Ganevat's 'La Combe' is a Cremant du Jura made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Jura region in France. Fresh, vibrant, and occasionally mineral-driven, this sparkling wine ages in oak barrels for 24 months before undergoing its second fermentation in the bottle for a further extended period of at least 36 months. It adorns the flute with a bright and luminous straw yellow hue, while on the nose, it echoes citrus aromas, hints of nuts and hazelnuts, and subtle notes of chalk and flint. Perfect for uncorking on a special occasion paired with shellfish and crustaceans
