Albert Bichot's Bourgogne Blanc 'Origines' is a wine made from a blend of grapes from various fine areas of Burgundy, all characterised by the typical limestone-clay soil. Its refined aromatic profile releases notes of citrus fruits, intense white flowers and pleasant honeyed and lactic hints. The palate offers a vibrant freshness, balanced by a seductive roundness typical of the passage in wood. Excellent with both fish and delicate white meat dishes
