Parpinello's Torbato di Alghero 'Centogemme' is made from an increasingly popular indigenous Sardinian grape, a pure expression of the region's great variety and viticultural history. The grapes are treated gently to extract maximum freshness and aromas, a way to balance the natural warmth of the final wine. The nose releases aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with briny hints and typical hints of bitter almond.
