Unlike other systems designed for wine preservation, which only delay oxidation, Coravin preserves the characteristics of the precious liquid inside the bottle. The creator and founder of Coravin is Greg Lambrecht, who combined his knowledge of medical-grade needles with his great passion for the world of wine.

Inside the Hermitage Red Premium Set Coravin "Timeless Six+" you will find: an elegant Coravin ‘Timeless Six’, a "Timeless" aerator, a beautiful and refined carrying case, a bottle sleeve, 6 "Timeless" Screw Caps, and 3 capsules of Coravin Pure Argon. The Coravin "Timeless Six Hermitage Red" allows you to extract a variable amount of wine from the bottle while simultaneously injecting an equivalent volume of Argon, an inert gas that prevents the

contact with oxygen and, consequently, prevents the oxidation of the remaining wine. The “Timeless” aerator quickly aerates the wine during pouring, ensuring the same result as a decantation of 60-90 minutes. The 'Timeless' Screw Caps allow the Coravin system to be used on wines bottled with screw caps. The other accessories are all functional for the standard use of the technology.
