The Carignano del Sulcis "Tre Torri" is a Rosé from Sardinia with a fresh and fragrant aromatic profile. Vinified in pink in steel tanks, it presents in the glass a beautiful bright cerasuolo interspersed with cherry-colored hues. On the nose, it emanates fruity and floral sensations with raspberries and wild strawberries, peony and geranium in the foreground, leading to a fresh, juicy, and savory tasting finish.

Easy does not mean useless or lacking in soul, and this is realized from the very first moments that guide the tasting of the “Tre Torri”, a rosé that embodies the pride of Sardinia in a crunchy mineral sip, adorned with a bouquet of notes that travels between floral sensations and fruity nuances. A label that interprets with a decidedly contemporary perspective, dressing the Carignano with a particularly juicy drinkability.
The “Tre Torri” is a Carignano del Sulcis that comes from the grapes of Carignano, an important native Sardinian variety for the regional wine scene, which the winery cultivates in its owned vineyards located in the Basso Sulcis area, characterized by clayey, sandy, and calcareous soils. The must obtained from the pressing phase of the grapes ferments in steel tanks, macerating on the skins for 16 hours at low temperatures. It then continues with the subsequent aging, during which the wine rests for 5 months always in steel, until it is deemed ready to be bottled and put on the market.
The Carignano del Sulcis Rosato “Tre Torri” develops in the glass with a rosé color that recalls the shade of cerasuolo. The nose is filled with notes of small red fruits, enriched by more floral touches where there is a hint of both geranium and peony. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slim and drinkable, with a sip characterized by a savory final taste. A Rosé that shines at the table especially during the aperitif, paired with fish-based appetizers and various types of canapés.
