The Chianti Classico L'Erta di Radda is a red wine made from Sangiovese and Canaiolo, aged for 20 months in oak barrels. Soft and enveloping, with a fresh finish and characterized by a fine yet firm tannic structure, on the nose it expresses a sumptuous bouquet of notes of cherry, plum, violet, balsamic hints, and spices. Perfect to pair with a Florentine steak to feel transported to the heart of Chianti!

bunches, which are then vinified in a traditional manner through spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration on the skins for 25-30 days, accompanied by extraction techniques such as delestage, pump-overs, and punching down. The subsequent malolactic fermentation occurs partly in wood and partly in steel, and the wine ages for about 10 months in second-pass French oak barriques.

The Chianti Classico L'Erta di Radda is of intense ruby red color. The nose is articulated with inviting sensations of cherry, plum, and violet, combined with deep balsamic and spicy hints. On the palate, it shows freshness and body, roundness and softness, with a fine and decisive tannic structure that accompanies the long final persistence.
