The Nosiola “Bottega Vinai” presents itself to the eye with a delicate straw yellow with greenish reflections and a clear and bright appearance. The aromas that are perceived are typical of the grape variety, characterized mainly by fruity and floral notes: hints of crisp apple and white flowers, with some herbaceous hints of chamomile. The tasting confirms the characteristics of Nosiola, especially regarding the well-highlighted saline note.
