Brunello di Badia dei Monti is a perfect synthesis of Tuscan classicism: a wine of character and depth, capable of combining elegance, power and tradition. Fermented in steel and aged for a long time in oak barrels of various sizes, it opens with a complex bouquet of black cherry, aromatic herbs, leather and tobacco, enriched with balsamic and spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied, structured and harmonious, supported by silky tannins and a vibrant freshness that lengthens the finish. A red wine for meditation, excellent with beef ribs
