'Dalis' Rosato Endrizzi 2023

The Rosé wine "Dalis" by Endrizzi is born from a blend of Teroldego and Sauvignon Blanc, grapes cultivated in vineyards that differ in exposure, geological origin, and microclimate. It is precisely these differences that favor the formation of aroma precursors in the berries, the basis for the development and elegance of the aromas that are perceived, from the very first whiffs, at the nose. A label that impresses with its good minerality on the palate, which, along with a nice freshness, makes the sip smooth.

This Rosé "Dalis" comes from the happy union of an indigenous red grape variety, Teroldego, with an international white grape, Sauvignon Blanc. These two varieties grow using the guyot and Trentino pergola systems in the vineyards of Sorni and Coveli, near the small municipality of Lavis, within a terroir rich in limestone and clay components. The clusters are harvested by hand during the harvest, and once they arrive in the winemaking facilities of the Endrizzi winery, they are carefully destemmed. Following this, there is skin maceration, and the must then ferments in steel, at a controlled temperature. The wine matures for a few months, always in steel, until bottling operations begin.

The "Dalis" Rosé by Endrizzi presents itself visually with a light and delicate color, decidedly transparent, with some violet-orange reflections at the rim. The range of aromas offered to the nose evokes delicate and subtle sensations, where small berries alternate with hints of grapefruit and more mineral elements. On the palate, it has a light-structured sip, which develops on a pleasant refreshing texture, where a mineral imprint can be traced. A rosé that, from Trentino, is ready to be uncorked at your tables, ensuring an excellent result when paired with fish-based preparations.
