Radiz is Callmewine’s first project born directly in the cellar: a collection of bottles created through collaborations with some of the most representative names in Italian wine.
Our sommeliers worked alongside the expert hands of the winemakers from five renowned wineries, creating labels that combine quality, authenticity, and sustainability. Radiz speaks to wine lovers who embrace the evolution of this extraordinary product with freedom, curiosity, and awareness.
Our claim says it all: zero rules, low impact, 100% wine.
A project rooted in tradition, yet always looking ahead.

Red "Vàrco" is a Venetian wine born from the collaboration between Callmewine and Corte Sant'Alda – Camerani, one of the most representative wineries in the Verona wine region. Made from Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella grapes sourced from the Valletta vineyard, located at 350 metres above sea level on limestone soils, the wine is fermented in concrete tanks using indigenous yeasts. A 20-day maceration gives it a deep ruby-red colour and an aromatic profile marked by red berry notes, vinous hints, and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it is silky and well-balanced, with harmonious tannins and a pleasantly savoury finish. An excellent pairing for bigoli pasta with duck ragù

The Molinara Rosato 'Sfià' is born from the collaboration between Callmewine and Camerani, a winery from Val di Mezzane in Veneto that is committed to sustainable and low environmental impact viticulture. The Molinara grapes come from vineyards located behind the winery, at an altitude of 350 meters on calcareous soils, and produce a wine fermented in 16 hl amphorae with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Visually, it presents an intense pink color, with fruity notes of pomegranate, raspberry, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is savory, with a harmonious balance between softness and freshness. Ideal with a strawberry and 'robiola di malga' risotto.

The Pinot Noir 'Pinuar' Radiz is born from the collaboration between Les Crêtes and Callmewine, in a context of heroic viticulture in the mountains of the upper Aosta Valley. This Pinot's distinctive feature is its aromatic complexity. A brief cryomaceration precedes maceration and fermentation, all in stainless steel. The nose recalls blackberry, currant, and raspberry with a finish of undergrowth and red flowers. On the palate, it is elegant and refined, supported by structured yet delicate tannins. Ideal with grilled meats or aged Aosta Valley cheeses.

Vermentino Colli di Luni Radiz Lunae Bosoni is born from the collaboration with the Lunae Bosoni winery and enhances the identity of Colli di Luni. Made from grapes grown between the sea and the hills, it expresses the balance and tradition of a region with a historical winemaking vocation. Fresh, savory, and refined, it offers aromas of citrus, white flowers, and Mediterranean scrub, with a harmonious and persistent sip, ideal with fish dishes and light cuisine. An authentic Vermentino that tells the story and character of Lunigiana.

Schiopetto's Ribolla Gialla ‘Vetar’ is the latest addition to the Radiz winery, an elegant white wine that embodies the spirit of Collio. The term Vetar means wind, a reference to the constant breeze among the rows of vines that defines the soul of this place. Production focuses on extreme precision, using only stainless steel, to enhance the fruit's finesse without extractive heaviness. The nose reveals hints of flowers, citrus with a clear mineral streak. The sip offers vibrant freshness and a slender structure, vertical and persistent. It pairs perfectly with fish or traditional pasta dishes, such as bread gnocchi.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva 'CM' by Radiz, created in collaboration with La Staffa, marks the second chapter of this partnership. It comes from old, high-altitude vineyards nestled among lush vegetation and majestic oak trees—a unique microclimate that enhances the wine's remarkable tension and energy. In the glass, it reveals the full intensity of Verdicchio, enriched by the freshness of the hillside vineyards: floral and citrus-driven, with vibrant mineral notes running throughout. On the palate, it is sleek, focused, and defined by a striking saline character!

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore 'SP' is the first wine born from Radiz's collaboration with La Staffa, a young artisanal winery in the Marche region. The grapes come from a vineyard planted in the 1980s at an altitude of 350 metres on the hills of San Paolo di Jesi. Vinified exclusively in concrete tanks and aged on its fine lees, it opens with elegant aromas of broom blossom, white peach, and fresh, aromatic herbal notes. On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant freshness and beautifully pronounced saline character.

Radiz Prosecco is a sparkling wine that faithfully conveys the freshness and tradition of the lush green hills of Valdobbiadene, expressing the authenticity of its terroir. Its bouquet captivates with notes of white-fleshed fruit, floral fragrances, and delicate hints of citrus, all framed by a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it charms with its lively character and vibrant energy, supported by a crisp freshness and a saline finish that invites another sip. Versatile and refined, it is the ideal companion for any meal and for celebrating special occasions with elegance.

Freevolo Radiz is an authentic and genuine white wine, created in collaboration with Giulio Armani, winemaker and master artisan from the Piacenza hills. Sourced from old vines planted in the 1970s, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts, with no added sulphites. On the palate, it is rich and rounded, with a well-defined structure, enriched by aromas of ripe yellow fruit, fresh citrus notes, and subtle rustic nuances. A wine that faithfully expresses its terroir, offering a rich, sincere, and characterful tasting experience for those seeking authenticity and depth.

Radiz Gewürztraminer 'Ruzel' is a South Tyrolean white wine of extraordinary aromatic intensity, expressing the full strength and personality of this historic grape variety. An explosion of aromas captivates the nose with a rich, enveloping, and complex bouquet: rose petals, exotic fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, and a refined spicy note that adds depth and allure. On the palate, the wine is smooth and velvety, perfectly balanced by vibrant freshness and a lingering aromatic persistence that leaves a lasting impression.

Radiz Sauvignon 'Brinz' is a wine of great elegance, combining the traditions of South Tyrol with the distinctive varietal characteristics of the grape in every sip. Born on the hills of Cornaiano, it expresses the strength and purity of a unique terroir, shaped by clay and gravel soils of glacial moraine origin. On the nose, it reveals an enchanting vegetal freshness of sage, nettle, and tomato leaf, intertwined with delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is vibrant and energetic, with a refined saline-mineral backbone that enhances its freshness and drinkability.

The Logo
The logo is a powerful tribute to the land and the vine. Not an ordinary root, but an inverted one. It is the symbol of a bold vision: one that reaches deep into the earth and, without looking back, stretches upward toward the sky. Every curve tells a story of respect for nature and constant evolution: the intertwined roots represent the bond with the past while, at the same time, embodying the new sap that flows within, ready to grow and challenge the future. The small sphere breaks the pattern, rebellious and luminous: it represents a free spirit that looks beyond and forges its own path.

The Name
“Radiz” represents both roots and momentum: a force that reaches deep into the past, strong and firmly grounded, while intertwining with the vitality of continuous evolution. It embodies the dialogue between tradition and modernity, becoming a symbol of innovation, growth, and contemporary expression, while never forgetting its origins. The chosen typeface, elegant and clean, conveys clarity and harmony, giving the name a sense of lightness and space, like a mark that unites deep roots with an openness to the new.
