Proud Primary Produce 'Offshore' Pinot Noir represents a pure expression of the homonymous Burgundy-origin grape variety, grown without the use of herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers, but exclusively employing natural substances aimed at promoting biodiversity and healthof the environment. In the winery, alcoholic fermentation is conducted exclusively by indigenous yeasts and, likewise, malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously. Once the fermentation processes are completed, the mass spends 12 months aging in oak barrels before bottling. Throughout the entire processing, no sulfites or other oenological additives are added.
