The Rosso dell’Emilia by Saetti is a very traditional red wine, made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes with aging in oak barrels for about a year. It has energy, freshness and vitality, with aromas of berries, humus and wild spices, and a rich, fruity, savory and pleasantly tannic taste.

The Rosso dell'Emilia is a full-bodied wine with good structure, produced with pure Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce grapes. A red with a very traditional character, which, thanks to aging in wood, acquires a good body and a wide expressive range from an aromatic point of view. The more fruity, lively, and fragrant notes typical of Lambrusco blend into more complex aromas, reminiscent of underbrush and spices. A very gastronomic red, particularly suitable for pairing with local cuisine.

The Rosso dell'Emilia wine from Vigneto Saetti is made from Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce grapes that come from vineyards over 40 years old, trained on trellises and managed under organic farming practices, located on the first slopes of the Modena hills. After manual harvesting, the grapes are sent for fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks at around 21 °C, with maceration on the skins lasting 8-10 days and the use of only indigenous yeasts and no added sulfites. The wine then matures for a period of several months in large oak barrels.before being bottled.

The Saetti Rosso dell'Emilia is a classic-style wine, offering a still version of Lambrusco, aged in barrel for several months. A wine that combines the fruity fragrance typical of Lambrusco with more mature and complex notes. The color is purple-red with garnet reflections. The bouquet is intense, with aromas of berries, cherry, hints of humus, spices, and floral nuances. On the palate, it has a good structure, with a round, soft, and fruity entry, fine tannins, and lively freshness. The finish is pleasantly savory.
