The Red signed by I Veroni is a red wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Sangiovese in Tuscan land. Aged for about 6 months in oak barrels, it reveals itself at first nose with intense and refined aromas reminiscent of currant, mulberry, and licorice, with balsamic echoes in the background. On the palate, it is highly drinkable, with beautiful softness and a wrapping mouthfeel.

The Rosso de I Veroni is a blend that comes from the fusion of the character and personality of Sangiovese with the softness and roundness typical of Merlot. We are in front of a bottle that pleases, and that is always drunk with desire without ever being cloying or boring. This is thanks to the excellent work done by the winery, which stands out for its organic processing and the exquisitely crafted cut of its products, just as in this Rosso.

This Rosso I Veroni originates from the union of two grape varieties, Merlot, present in the final blend at 60 percent, and Sangiovese. The vineyards in which they grow are located between 100 and 350 meters above sea level, and work in the vineyard is carried out following some organic farming practices. The must obtained after pressing the selected berries ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Final ageing takes place for 6 months in large oak barrels, a period after which bottling operations are carried out.

The Rosso I Veroni wine announces itself to the eye with a typically ruby colour endowed with a particular intensity. The mulberry scent is mixed with more fruity touches, while light balsamic hints can be sensed on the finish. It is full-bodied on the palate, with a full, round and swaddling mouthfeel, flowing on the palate with good freshness. It finishes with a finish consistent with the close of the olfactory analysis, veering towards a balsamic flavour. A Tuscan red versatile in the kitchen, excellent to be served with both first and main courses of white and red meat. Finally, one last consideration, not to be overlooked, concerns the price at which it is offered on the market, definitely inviting if you need to replenish your cellar with Tuscan reds!
