This Rum Vieux Agricole Damoiseau VSOP is born from a careful selection process of various rums, all obviously obtained from the native sugar cane of Guadeloupe. From these plants, a pure juice, called “vesou”, is obtained, which is processed using continuous column stills. Once the processing is complete, the rum is aged for at least 4 years in oak barrels, and at the end of this period, the experts at Damoiseau decide which batches to taste, thus constructing and forging the final soul of this Agricole VSOP.

The Rum Vieux Agricole Damoiseau VSOP presents itself in the glass with a shimmering color, halfway between yellow and amber tones. The olfactory spectrum orchestrates at the nose bringing different sensations of fruit – including exotic ones – enriched by honeyed hints and references to spices, aromas acquired during the aging period in wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied, intense, and concentrated, with a sip that unfolds with a dry imprint; it finishes with an excellent persistence.
