The 12 Year Old Single Malt is a Whisky produced by a distillery located on the eastern coast of Isle of Jura. The philosophy has always been focused on producing excellent Single Malts, starting from a malt of great quality. Following careful processing, it undergoes distillation in large copper stills, which allow for an extraordinary expressive finesse. The water used to lower the alcohol content flows crystal clear between the rocks of the island's mountains and ensures maximum purity. At the end of the distillation process, the Whisky is aged for 12 years in American white oak barrels, previously used for Bourbon aging, and with a final refinement in barrels used for Oloroso type wines from Jerez de la Frontera.
