Andrea Occhipinti's 'Alea Rosa' is the result of a very short maceration on the skins followed by slow ageing, which refines its tension and stylistic purity. It offers subtle aromas of wild strawberries, citrus fruits and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, yet supported by a pronounced savouriness. It pairs well with lake dishes and vegetarian cuisine, and is perfect with grilled whitefish
