Andrea Occhipinti's 'Alea Viva' is a fresh and immediate red wine, a lively expression of this winery that works hard to express the full potential of Lake Bolsena. It is the result of a short and direct vinification process that favours drinkability and spontaneous expression of the fruit. The aromatic profile is fruity and floral, with a slight Mediterranean touch. On the palate, it is smooth, fresh and with well-integrated, present tannins. It pairs well with savoury first courses and grilled white meats, and is perfect with roast rabbit
