Andrea Occhipinti's 'Alter Alea' is a white wine made from grapes traditionally used for red wine, resulting in an intense white wine that symbolises the winery. Complex yet measured, with aromas of ripe citrus and yellow fruit, it has intriguing resinous notes on the finish. On the palate, it reveals an essential structure supported by great sapidity. It pairs well with seafood first courses and fresh cheeses, and is ideal with linguine with clams
