Aperitivo Italiano Vol0

Italian aperitifs by offering a healthy alternative to classic alcoholic aperitifs. Indeed, the intention of the Lombardy-based Vol0 is to propose a series of labels that reinterpret some of the most famous spirits, such as gin, vermouth, bitter and bitter, all in an 'alcohol free' key. The foundation of the Vol0 brand, also called Volzero, is to produce its non-alcoholic drinks without compromising on quality, using only selected raw materials and resorting to high-level production processes, all to achieve a taste that does not make one regret that of its alcoholic counterparts.

Vol0 Aperitivo Italiano originates from a selection of premium ingredients such as artemisia, orange peel and gentian. The manufacturing process involvesthe cold non-alcoholic extraction of the botanicals, with the infusion then containing white cane sugar and flavourings. This non-alcoholic drink is then left to rest for a short period before being marketed.

On visual inspection, the Aperitivo Italiano of the Vol0 brand expresses a bright, intense orange hue. The aromatic profile is delineated by Mediterranean hints of citrus fruits, herbs and roots. The taste development is round, full-bodied and velvety, with the sensation of softness well balanced by the fresh citrus sensations and delicate bitter tones that emerge on the finish. Vol0's Aperitivo Italiano was therefore conceived as an alternative to the classic alcoholic drinks consumed at aperitif time, to be enjoyed neat with a slice of orange or to be used in mixology for the preparation of delicious non-alcoholic cocktails.
