"Alica" is a Golden Ale produced in Spinetta Marengo, in the province of Alessandria, by Birrificio Civale. It is a small artisanal reality, created in 2009 by two friends who shared a passion for beer. Vincenzo Civale and Daniele Cosenza thus transformed from simple homebrewers into true entrepreneurs, founding a small independent brewery.
