The Bitter Riserva Premium Martini is inspired by an ancient recipe from 1872. An infusion of 20 aromatic and botanical herbs and an aging in wooden vats give an intense ruby red color and a broad and complex olfactory profile of aromatic herbs, saffron and angostura. In the mouth it develops citrus notes and a full-bodied sip, with herbaceous and floral notes and a pleasant persistence

It is a historic Bitter, retracing a period in our time when the great Italian aperitifs were born, which then became famous all over the world. It is ideal to taste neat, with ice, or with a splash of selz. Excellent also for mixing with Vermouth and Gin, to create the famous Negroni cocktail.

The Bitter Riserva Premium Martini is produced starting from a classic recipe, passed down as a precious corporate treasure from generation to generation, which involves the use of about twenty botanicals, including saffron, angostura, and columba. Before being bottled, the Bitter Riserva Premium is made to mature in wooden vats, previously used for the Vermouth riserva Speciale. Thus, a Bitter of brilliant ruby red color is born, which expresses intense aromas rich in aromatic herbs, medicinal herbs, citrus peel, soft sensations, and delicate spicy hints. The sip is warm, dry, and austere, with a wrapping finish and great taste persistence.
