The Bolgheri Rosso "Le Serre Nuove" is a classic Bolgheri-Bordeaux blend produced mainly from Merlot grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, in perfect French style, with the aim of showcasing the austerity and elegant expressiveness of great wines of this kind. The grapes are selected twice before being pressed. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, undergoing a maceration of 10-15 days. The malolactic fermentation ends in first and second passage barriques, where the wine will rest for 15 months refining its personality and intrinsic characters.intrinsic characters. A further rest of 6 months in the bottle will allow the wine to reach a perfect taste balance.
