The Bramaterra signed by Le Pianelle has an authentic voice, that of the volcanic soils of Alto Piemonte. The base of Nebbiolo meets Croatina and Vespolina, grapes tempered by the volcanic lands of the area. In the cellar, open non-toasted French oak vats are used to allow for a lively spontaneous fermentation. After eighteen months in Slavonian barrels and a long rest in the bottle, the profile is that of a proud red, austere yet elegant, that does not fear time. Its place is at the table, next to a braised beef in red wine
