Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Campi Taurasini Rosso 'Santo Stefano' is an elegant and structured red wine from Campania. It is made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown in the municipalities of Luogosano, Sant'Angelo all'Esca and Taurasi. The grapes are selected manually in the vineyard and, after alcoholic fermentation in steel, the wine is aged in French oak barriques for one year. The nose reveals hints of wild berries and black cherry, with hints of dark spices and toasted notes on the finish. The palate is full and enveloping, with fine tannins and a long finish.
