The Cannonau di Sardegna 'Bobotti +' Cantina Sannas is a great expression of Cannonau from Mamoiada, produced like its 'little brother', the Bobotti, but with a higher percentage of grapes from 100-year-old vines. The result is a dark but slightly spicier aromatic profile, with cherries in spirit and nuances of black pepper. On the palate it is robust, soft and warm, with freshness, however, that balances out the long, pleasurable sip with subtle pseudo-sweet hints on the finish. Pairs beautifully with braised mushrooms
