The Cava Brut Nature by Sogas Mascaró originates in Alt Penedès, around the historic Masía Fontallada, where the first vines of the area were planted in the year 1001. It combines Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, vinified with only the free-run must and aged for 12 months on the lees, without any final dosage.
