“Quatre Terroirs” is a Champagne Brut Grand Cru BdB from Pertois-Moriset. It is the result of the savoir-faire of a family-run Maison, which manages a wonderful estate of 13 hectares in the Côte de Blancs, with vineyards located in some of the most prestigious areas of the territory. The cuvée is born from a fine selection of the best plots of Chardonnay classified as Grand Cru, which are found in the municipalities of Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger,Cramant and Chouilly. The grapes are vinified separately for each parcel, with fermentation and subsequent maturation in stainless steel tanks, except for a small percentage that rests in oak barrels. After a few months, the base wines of the vintage are blended, to which a percentage of 30% of reserve wines from previous vintages is added. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenois Method and with a maturation period on the lees of at least 36 months.

The aromatic profile is very elegant and refined, with scents of white flowers, fragrant citrus notes, chalky and mineral sensations, on a background characterized by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, pastries, dried fruit, and toasted hints. Harmonious and soft, it has a creamy and rich palate entry, creamy and rich, with a pleasant fruit maturity, well balanced by a vein of savory freshness. The finish is long and has good persistence.
