Champagne Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from the renowned French winery Billecart Salmon is a refined and elegant bubble perfect for special occasions. This label is made from pure Chardonnay grapes harvested from the renowned Côte des Blancs, the aging on the lees proceeds for 48-60 months. The colour is golden yellow with greenish reflections while the perlage is fine and persistent, the nose has notes of lemon, butter and brioche. The taste is creamy, enveloping, tasty, full and with a long finish

The Champagne Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs by Billecart Salmon is one of the most prestigious and representative labels of this ancient Maison in Mareuil-sur-Ay. Founded in the early 1800s, it has maintained a family character and today manages about 15 hectares of vineyards in some of the most suitable areas of the Côte de Blancs, almost all classified as Grand Cru. The production has remained faithful to a classic and artisanal style that is summed up in the company motto "finesse, equilibre et elegance". The label is the highest expression of Chardonnay, in its full maturity and expressive richness

The Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Maison Billecart Salmon is a non-vintage Champagne Brut, which is born exclusively from a rigorous selection of the best Chardonnay grapes from prestigious parcels located within the territory of four legendary Grand Cru Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger. At the end of the manual harvest, the bunches are pressed very softly and the must ferments in temperature-controlled tanks with vinifications conducted separately for each individual parcel. The base wines rest for a few months, partially undergoing malolactic fermentation, before being blended to create the final cuvée, with the addition of a percentage that varies from 33 to 40% of reserve wines from previous vintages, which contribute to giving richness and maturity to the wine. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a period of aging on the lees of 6-8 years in the Maison's caves.

Blanc de Blancs produced by Maison Billecart Salmon is a Champagne Brut Grand Cru that perfectly synthesizes the unmistakable personality of great Chardonnays and the mineral characteristics of the chalky and limestone soils typical of the Côte de Blancs. It is a bottle dedicated to lovers of mature and evolved Champagnes, with a winey sip, and with a gastronomic vocation. It presents itself with a bright golden dress with brilliant reflections, crossed by a perlage of remarkable fineness and persistence. The bouquet is wide and rich, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus zest, hints of dried fruit, notes of small pastries and fresh almond. On the palate, it offers a creamy and aromatically complex sip, harmonious and enveloping, which closes on fresh savory and mineral sensations
