Odyssée's Champagne Brut Grand Cru 'Jour 2: Le Couchant' comes from the chalky heart of the Côte des Blancs, in the prestigious Grand Cru of Avize. This Blanc de Blancs is the second stop on the winery's tour of the 319 crus of Champagne: an odyssey, which gives its name to the winery. The nose reveals aromas of ripe apple, white peach and mineral nuances. In the mouth, it is fresh and saline, with a creamy and persistent texture. Excellent with grilled lobster
