André Jacquart's Champagne Rosé 'Experience' is an elegant and precise sparkling wine. The family-run Maison is located in the Côte des Blancs and interprets rosé with a base of Pinot Noir accompanied by a portion of Chardonnay, the house's signature grape variety and stylistic hallmark of its production. Refermentation according to the champenoise method, with a long stay on the lees, defines a fine and composed profile. The nose reveals small red fruits such as raspberry and redcurrant, followed by delicate floral notes and slight hints of yeast. The palate is velvety and creamy, supported by a lively freshness and a fine, persistent perlage. It pairs well with a fillet of salmon seared with Mediterranean herbs
