The Champagne Extra Brut 'Casse Tete' Ullens - Domaine de Marzilly is a bubbly from the Montagne de Reims that has carved out a place in the hearts of enthusiasts. The winery's hallmark is vinification using oak barrels, some made from wood from its own forest. The nose reveals an intense fruit profile, with citrus and cooked fruit, then typical pastry. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and very rounded. Excellent with star fish dishes, try it with turbot with butter and vanilla
