The Chardonnay from Les Quatre Journaux is a white wine from the Loire in perfect balance between softness and freshness. It comes from a plot exposed to the southeast, where the choice to widen the distance between the rows and maintain taller vegetation promotes better aeration of the vineyard and supports soil biodiversity. The aging for half in oak barrels enriches the wine's profile with greater breadth and complexity, without altering the clarity of the fruit. On the nose, it offers aromas of yellow apple, ripe citrus, and delicate spicy hints. The palate is soft, fresh, and harmonious, with a pleasant taste tension. It pairs naturally with a porcini mushroom risotto
