Domaine Duseigneur's Chateauneuf du Pape 'Matthew' is a biodynamic red that embodies the elegance of the Rhone. Made from Grenache and Syrah, it is aged 9 months in French oak, where it evolves into a wine of great structure. The nose has aromas of ripe red fruits, leather and undergrowth. The sip is enveloping, with silky tannins and harmonious structure. Perfect with beef stews and roast lamb, it can mature for a very long time, even over 10 years
