Cremant "Cuvée des Roys de Naples" from the Maison Foucher winery is a lively bubbly made from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot noir. The re-fermentation in the bottle takes place according to the principles of the Metodo Classico and the wine is aged on its lees for 24 months. The colour is straw yellow with golden hues accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage, the nose has clear scents of white pulp fruit and citrus fruits. The taste is creamy, fresh, mineral, almondy and well balanced

The name of the cuvée pays homage to the French Angevin dynasty, originating from these lands, who ruled over the lands of the Two Sicilies between the 13th and 14th centuries.
