The white wine "di Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a refreshing and informal Marche white wine, vinified in stainless steel tanks. It expresses a simple and linear personality, with a bouquet of ripe pear, wisteria and fresh almonds and a fresh, smooth, savoury and mineral taste.

The "di Gino" from Fattoria San Lorenzo is undoubtedly one of the best Italian whites in terms of quality-price ratio. While it is true that finding bottles with a little extra for under 10 euros is not an easy task, the Bianco di Gino is undoubtedly one of the cornerstones of the category, a perfect interpretation of a dedicated territory. The hand behind it is that of Natalino Crognaletti, a name now known to passionate drinkers, who in Montecarotto has managed to become a true reference point thanks to liquids that bring out the best from the vintage while always remaining true to it. The vineyard management is organic, integrating some biodynamic principles, and all of Natalino's wines, while being territorial and artisanal, maintain as a common thread elegance and refinement. A granite certainty.

The wine "di Gino" is made from white grape varieties coming from vines about 20 years old. In the vineyard and in the cellar, the philosophy is consistent and is one of targeted but non-intrusive intervention, therefore the management of the vineyard is organic, integrating biodynamic practices while in the cellar the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks. A small addition of sulfur before bottling.

The white wine "di Gino" has a bright and fairly intense straw-yellow color. The nose is extremely typical, satisfying in its simplicity: it smells of pear, hazelnut, and hawthorn all in a clear frame, free of unnecessary embellishments. A fleshy sip but at the same time smooth, endowed with a soft texture and a characteristic salty finish in Natalino's wines. We are not joking when we say that it is hard to drink better at this price.
