San Donatino's 'Dissidente' is an energetic and lively organic red wine, produced with grapes that the winery harvests from all its estates to convey an alternative vision of the territory. It is bottled without filtration and expresses an energetic and authentic character. The nose is intense and magnetic with pomegranate, citrus and medicinal herbs, while the palate is fresh, velvety and dry, supported by a decisive tannic texture. Ideal with grilled meats and spicy dishes, it goes well with grilled sausage or stewed legumes
