The Dolcetto d’Alba by Palladino is a red wine for every meal, immediate and fragrant. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruit, on the palate it is harmonious, balanced, and medium-bodied. A fresh wine that focuses on smoothness, it maintains a profile consistent with the Langhe tradition and is perfect paired with dishes from Piedmont cuisine, such as agnolotti al plin.
