The Ancestral 'Adieu' from Mas de la Sabatera is an artisanal wine that celebrates the beauty of wine and its uncertainties: there is no harvest without drama or problems, better to celebrate than to despair! This product is distinguished by its vinification with semi-carbonic maceration before refermentation in the bottle, a technique that gives fresh hints of red fruits and even subtle herbaceous hints. On the palate it is fresh and light, with tannin present but subtle, a refermented wine excellent with light meats or intense fish dishes
