Travandasca's 'Polpogiallo' is a sparkling white wine designed for convivial drinking in company. Travandasca is the project of three friends who decided to realise a childhood dream and produce wine in the Cinque Terre. Fermentation begins in the cellar and is completed directly in the bottle, a single continuous alcoholic fermentation according to the ancestral method. On the palate, it offers a light and creamy mousse, with an agile and fragrant taste, reminiscent of the hints of yellow fruit, rose and salt already present on the nose. It pairs easily with cold cuts and simple dishes, perfect with fried dumplings or ricotta and herb tortelli

Fragrant, with broom and chamomile, rose petals, sage and peach

Very drinkable, with fine effervescence, dry, creamy and very fresh
