The water comes directly from Fushimi, and is famous for its crystalline purity and lightness. The botanicals used during infusion are chosen from Japanese plants and herbs and include: juniper, Hinoki wood, iris, yellow yuzu, lemon, green sansho, kinome shoots, ginger, bamboo leaves, gyokuro tea, shiso leaves.
